We’ve all had it happen to us. If you haven’t you will, don’t worry! The dreaded “forgot to start my watch for the workout” guilt runs through your mind. You call or text your coach to let them know as the thought of not having the workout data sends you into a minor panic.
For some reason it always seems to happen on those days when we’ve had our best workouts, or so it seems. Eventually you move on and go about your day. Eventually you hit the next day and you get the workout in, but this time remembering to start your watch.
Life goes on but you still think to yourself, “did that workout really happen if your Garmin doesn’t say so?”
