It calls us, from over in the corner. The foam roller is one of the most beloved and hated devices used to aid in recovery. In the end it feels great but getting to that point is the journey. The long, painful journey.

You have two options. After a long ride you put it off. You shower first, put everything away, and eat dinner. You do the laundry, eat again, and decide what to pack for work tomorrow. Or you could be the person who knocks out a workout and uses this little foam demon right away. The result is the same no matter how you get there.

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!
